SOME HISTORY

MO.TRI.DAL. was established as a mechanical workshop in 1953 by Messrs Moia, Trioli, and Dallavalle.
The many maintenance services carried out at the cement factories in the Piacenza zone, led the company into the field of machines for transporting bulk materials, and Motridal quickly became a renowned producer of these machines.
Thanks to the entrepreneurial efforts of its founders, the company grew rapidly, so much so that the number of employees already exceeded 130 in 1965.

Through the years, the company added design to its production department, and this activity grew to such an extent that today MO.TRI.DAL. is also known as an engineering and plant engineering company.
Since 1996 the company has been certified by ICIM (institute for mechanical industrial certification) according to standard UNI EN ISO 9001.

In the last decade, the company has reinforced its ability to manage large scale orders, competing on the international market for turn-key projects.
MO.TRI.DAL. is a leading company specialising in the production of Screws of various sizes obtained from circular sectors.
MO.TRI.DAL. can supply single machines or turn-key systems in Italy and abroad, ensuring a complete service for its customers from the project, through to construction and installation.

The well known reliability of machines and systems for transporting bulk materials, installed in all sectors, even under severe operating conditions, makes MO.TRI.DAL. a specialist in the sector, as it can satisfy any request made by the market.

CONICAL SCREWS
A significant part of the production concerns conical screws for mixing carriages, which Motridal makes both in standard and customised versions.
CONTINUOUS SCREWS
MO.TRI.DAL. produces continuous screws obtained from strip or flat in carbon steel, stainless steel and anti-wear steel. The most commonly used sizes are available from the warehouse.
SPECIAL SCREWS
MO.TRI.DAL. produces special screws to customer’s request or design, e.g. sectors of toothed or perforated screws, screws with complex geometric shapes, screws with a generator not perpendicular to the shaft, etc.
COMPONENTS
MO.TRI.DAL. produces shafts complete with cylindrical and conical screw - including mechanical work - to the customer’s drawing.

	ENGINEERING The experience and know-how acquired in fifty year’s of work in the sector are at the disposal of MO.TRI.DAL.’s engineering section. This section can rely on highly qualified personnel and the latest generation of modern design instruments: from traditional 2-dimensinal software to the latest 3-dimensional CADs. The design of individual machines as also the engineering for large scale international orders is developed completely in-house at MO.TRI.DAL., thus giving customers a guarantee of maximum reliability. Through this organisation, MO.TRI.DAL. stands out on the market for its ability to study tailor-made solutions for its customers, and for its ability to tackle a very wide range of problems.
