Cutting plasma machine

plasmax. Cutting plasma machine of great dimensions addressed to the big sheet metals workshops. The machine can be equipped with standard plasma generators for air or underwater cutting. The plan of action can have lengh by demand and width 2500, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000. The Numerical Control can be on board of the machine or with numerical control on the ground for limited longitudinal motions.

Components
The axes motion happens trough a double motorization for the longitudinal axis Y and through a single motorization for the transversal axis X. The pipe truck of the Z axis, moved through recirculating-ball screw, can pursue the motion of the sheet trough a dedicated card and reading of the arc voltage with reading mistake of +/- 0.12 mm. Each machine can be equipped with one or more pipe trucks with indipendent motorization in case you would like to manage two or more transversal axes trough software for the multiple cutting, or grouped together into a single X axis in case you wouldlike to have more generators for cutting with different characteristics. (high definition generator with the addiction of traditional generators).

Suction
The suctionbench fumes is divided from the runways of the machine in order to assure during the time the alignment of the binaires not subject to thermal deformations and useless repercussions on the same loading and unloading the sheet metal. The suction occurs in separate sectors to assure on excellent effect of depression at the inside of the cutting area. The fumes filter is in accordance with CEE.
